My first project was to create an instructor handbook/training manual for the logistics department here on Thompson Island, which you may view by clicking on the blue button above.

My second project was to redesign the current cookbook into a more aesthetically pleasing version, though after the addition of my third project and the expedition intern's nutrition project it turned into much more than just that. The blue button above will take you to a digital copy.
